What Information do you need about my pet?
We need details such as your pet’s breed, age, health conditions, dietary restrictions, daily routine, and any special needs or preferences they may have.
We also require vaccination and deworming records to ensure the safety and health of your pet and others in our care.
What should I provide for my pet's stay?
Please bring your pet’s food, leash, any medications, and a favorite toy, bed or blanket to help them feel at home.
We’re happy to provide treats! If your dog has a favorite or special snack, feel free to bring it along, it can be a great comfort and help reduce stress.
Are pets always supervised?
Yes. Pets under our care are always supervised and never left alone for extended periods.
Are vaccinations required?
Yes, all pets must be current on vaccinations and deworming to ensure a safe environment for everyone. Health records will be required at check-in.
Are your pet sitters experienced and trained?
Yes, our certified and experienced pet sitters are trained in pet care, first aid, animal behavior, and communication to ensure your pet’s safety and well-being. We are proud members of Pet Sitters International (PSI) and have over 7 years of hands-on experience, especially with dogs and cats.
How are emergencies handled?
In case of an emergency, our pet sitters will immediately contact you and transport your pet to the nearest veterinary clinic. We also collect emergency contact information during the booking process to ensure quick communication. For added peace of mind, we ask for any relevant medical history or instructions for handling emergencies, so your pet’s care is always in the best hands.
Do you care for multiple pets at once?
Our services are personalized, meaning we don’t bring other dogs when visiting your pets. However, we can care for multiple pets from the same household—just provide details for each one to ensure they get the attention they need.
For pet boarding, pets may interact with others, but we always prioritize safety and well-being. We accept well-socialized pets and ensure individual attention in safe conditions. Additionally, we have a special quiet area for senior dogs to rest, away from more energetic dogs.
What types of pets do you need care for?
We specialize in dogs and cats, but we also offer care for other pets such as rabbits, fish, birds, and even lizards. Please let us know if you have any other pets that need special attention.
