Much like actual children your pets may play hard with the other pets and receive common scratches, by signing below you agree that these minor scratches might occur.

In Case of an Emergency
Emergency Contact will be someone who we can call in case of an emergency or if we are not able to get ahold of you. This person will also be someone you trust to help make decisions based on your pet. (We are not liable for their decisions on what they choose is best for your pet)

In case of an emergency, we will call you first, and if we can't get hold of you, we will call your emergency contact. If your pet needs immediate medical attention, we will call your vet first, but if they cannot see your pet soon, we will go to the closest pet ER. All the while trying to contact you.

In the event we cannot get ahold of you or the emergency contact, we will proceed with what we think is necessary to help your pet. This includes the ER. We are not liable for the expenses. We will put up the money that is required by the vet to help your pet, but you are responsible for reimbursing the money at pick-up.

This is a very difficult subject, but we want to be prepared for any situation. We are cautious and take precautions to ensure nothing will ever happen. With underlying health conditions and/or age, we want to be able to make the correct decisions for you.
